14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date
  • Submit your request through our official refund request process (outlined below)

There are no requirements regarding course completion or content accessed. We believe in giving you a fair opportunity to evaluate whether the course is right for you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at refunds@milliondollarclub.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your order number or transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
  3. Wait for confirmation: We will respond within 2 business days to confirm your request

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Installment Plan Refunds

If you purchased the course using our installment payment plan, the following applies:

  • Before second payment: If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (before the second installment is charged), we will refund the first installment and cancel the remaining payment
  • After second payment: If both installments have been charged and you are still within 14 days of your original purchase date, both payments will be refunded
  • After 14 days: No refunds are available after the 14-day guarantee period, even if installment payments are still pending. However, you may contact us to discuss your options

What Happens After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

  • Your access to all course materials will be revoked immediately
  • Your access to the private community and accountability pods will be terminated
  • Any bonuses or supplementary materials must be deleted from your devices
  • You may not re-enroll in the course for a period of 6 months

Revenue Guarantee Program

In addition to our 14-day money-back guarantee, we offer a $10,000 Revenue Guarantee for students who fully engage with the program.

The Revenue Guarantee is separate from the 14-day refund policy and has its own requirements:

  • Complete all 8 core modules of the course
  • Submit both personal deal-review sessions
  • Participate actively in the community for at least 30 consecutive days
  • Demonstrate documented outreach efforts using the provided frameworks

If you meet all requirements and have not generated at least $10,000 in new revenue within 6 months of enrollment, you may request a full refund under the Revenue Guarantee. Documentation of your efforts will be required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period (unless qualifying for the Revenue Guarantee)
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us
  • Purchases made using promotional codes marked as "final sale"

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any issues with your purchase. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Removal from the community
  • Collection actions for any disputed amounts we believe were charged back fraudulently
