• Use course materials to create competing products or services
• Grant access to your account to any other person

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

3. Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment Terms

Course pricing is displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

If you select an installment payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all scheduled installments. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of your course access until all payments are made.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility and the refund process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Million Dollar Sales Club or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The Million Dollar Sales Club name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Million Dollar Sales Club. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members or instructors
• Post spam, promotional content, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms

As a member of our private community, you agree to treat all members with respect, maintain confidentiality of discussions shared within the community, and contribute constructively to group discussions and accountability pods.
